This facilitator‐led workshop provides you with the tools to facilitate ethics training at your location of choice. The topic is based on a real‐life case study on Diamond Foods, and includes engaging activities for practical application. Using scenario‐based interactive exercises, you'll be able to recognize an ethical dilemma within an organization, identify improper departures from GAAP reporting as a means to improve reported results, recognize the appropriate ways to increase profits within GAAP and ethical guidelines, and identify an auditor's role and responsibility when faced with an ethical dilemma.
